Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

These materials will help learners at the Kindergarten level to be successful and achieve all the necessary skills needed to move onto first grade! Unfortunately, simple materials such as pencils, are lost and/ or broken way too easily, especially as they are learning how to hold it properly, and use it correctly. I would be so grateful for a donation to this project.

My students are from an urban setting, where many of them do not have simple materials at home.

I would love to be able to send home specific materials with students so they can continue their learning into the summer, prior to the start of first grade.

Finally, students are learning how to use the online program, Amira! This is a program in which students reading online, and they are talking into their headphone microphones to read. Please help me provide students with the proper materials to use this program with fidelity and attention. Thank you again for your consideration in donating to my project!
