My Project
Despite their hardworking nature and curiosity students face obstacles that necessitate additional support to maintain their engagement and focus. My role as a third-grade resource paraprofessional involves supporting students who show improvement through hands-on educational materials and organized classroom settings. The use of appropriate resources can significantly boost their academic achievements.
Headphones reduce distractions in independent learning environments and enable students to participate fully in personalized online educational programs.
Heavy-duty staplers help students organize their work, while classroom materials are better managed, which leads to increased responsibility and independence. An electric pencil sharpener helps students swiftly prepare their materials, keeping instructional time uninterrupted.
This project will establish an improved learning environment designed to empower students to concentrate and achieve their academic goals. These tools will give students the essential structure and accessibility to achieve their full potential. I appreciate your support in trusting my students while helping them achieve success!
