My Students

My Transition to Kindergarten students are curious, loving, and creative and I want to give them every opportunity to succeed in my classroom.

I believe that the first couple of years in a child's education are crucial for getting them excited about school and learning.

Our students come from very diverse cultures and languages.

Additionally, many of my families cannot afford basic necessities. They come to us not only for academic instruction, but also for acceptance and social skills.

At our school we want to do everything we can to give our students the best education possible, and best first steps in their academic careers.

My students need basic school supplies that are not covered by the school. I requested triangular shaped pencils to help with pencil grip. I also requested retractable dry erase markers to help keep the dry erase markers from drying out. I also requested kid scissors and storage bags to store their supplies.
