This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Thank you for supporting a new teacher. As weeks passed by I learned how important is to have the essential supplies requested in this project for the classroom. On my list, I added headphones, ink, and a paper shredder.

Students need headphones in the classroom for individual learning activities, such as listening to audio content like lectures, language lessons, or assessments in Spanish.

This allows them to build listening and communication skills. Having headphones with microphones will help while also preventing disruptions to other students in the room; this is particularly beneficial for auditory learners and students with sensory sensitivities.

Teachers need ink for a copier in the classroom because it allows us to print out physical copies of important materials like worksheets, handouts, lesson plans, visual aids, and assessments for students, which can be crucial for effective teaching and learning, especially when students need to reference information on paper or work independently at their own pace.

The paper shredder is important for shredding important/private documents that relate to students or others.

I would really appreciate it if you selected this project. I am looking forward to continue building Spanish communication skills in the classroom through writing, listening, and speaking.
