My Project
This project will aid my ESOL new comers that just came to the United States to a new school with unfamilar faces and trying to learn English. My new comers ESOL students love the engaging, hands-on reading passages and vocabulary activities that help them learn English as a Second Language and have fun in school. These varities of gift cards will be used to support my lessons and tasks and to provide more grade-level and above-grade-level materials to engage my students to feel comfortable coming to school in a new country. My students are working hard each and every day. They are earning Bucks for their good behavior and effort to learn and grow. I would love to reward those efforts with Amazon gift cards. My idea it for students to earn and collect school bucks and then to be able to spend those bucks on gift cards to purchase whatever it is that they covet. Gift cards are a great motivator. Imagine how hard you would be willing to work if you could earn the prize of your choice. Having these various gift card giveaways will encourage students to attend after school and Satruday classes daily and keep up with their daily assignments.
