ESGI: Kindergarten Assessment Made Easy!

Help me give my students ESGI Software that includes digital student assessments along with parent-teacher communication tools including reports, charts, graphs and student flashcards. ESGI also provides important data to drive instruction and better meet student needs.

My Students

We enjoy a campus with a rolling wooded landscape and a natural marsh. We have a garden outside of our classroom that students take pride in tending. Our school is home to the "Bobcats", a fitting mascot as bobcats call many parts of Northern Florida home. Our school colors are teal and black.

My students enjoy challenges and strive to do their best!

My kindergarten class typically works for part of the day at hands-on learning centers that integrate all subject areas. These activities and centers tap into my students' natural curiosity and give ample opportunities for them to be active participants in their own learning.

My students are ethnically diverse and their traditional and non-traditional families reflect America's melting pot. Our school is located in a family-orientated neighborhood and parents are involved in their children's education.

My Project

The ESGI Software will benefit my kindergarten students in many ways. It is a quick and easy way to assess them one-on-one on a weekly basis and during report card testing time. The students like being able to do the assessments on a computer or iPad; in turn, this helps them do their best learning! ESGI allows me to print parent letters to inform them how their child is doing. I can also print flashcards based on student need to send home to assist parents in working with their child. A variety of reports that show student data and learning growth are available for printing as well.
