This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I want my students to love classic novels and I'm trying to get them to enjoy reading. They have not been introduced to novels of great historical meaning nor have they been introduced to classical stories.

I want my students to read for the pure joy of reading.

I want them to pick up a book and be transported into the story and have them be enthralled with it and this will make them want to continue finding books that they will enjoy at their leisure. This is what I am aiming for.
