My students need dry erase kits like these IMMEDIATELY .
FULLY FUNDED! Mr. Zweig's classroom raised $210

My Students
My students, like most teenagers, like texting, video-gaming, and technology (in general). I left a school which was technology loaded and am now in an "A" rated school but my classroom started off without a interactive whiteboard or even a document camera!
My students are completely diverse and I would guess there is a very good mix of Asian, Hispanic, African American, Caucasian, and others!
They work together but I have been given the lowest 45-50 students in math out of over 600 high school freshman! THEY need your help. Will you make a difference in the lives of these children?
My Project
Many of these students are as low as 2nd grade in math from early prompts I have given the first few days of school this year! These boards will allow me to do quick assessments "on-the-fly" by asking a question and allowing all of them to write the answers and hold up these dry erase kits! You would be scared to know or even think about how many children have answers or questions that never get responded to when teachers have 15. 30, 45 or more children in a classroom. This allows EVERYONE of them to be heard!
Now the students will be ALL able to get feedback on almost EVERY question posed.
Please touch the lives of all these students! Now every one of my students will have an EQUAL chance of not only expressing themselves r being heard (a few have severe stuttering and other language issues), but they can be comfortable learning their math and coming back from some very deep deficits!
More than half of students from low‑income households
