My Project
I have an amazing class of 35 Second Graders eager to close learning gaps. The purchasing of hands-on phonics, reading comprehension, and writing materials will help them perform at the level they're uniquely capable of reaching. Phonics activities will help students understand the relationship between letters and sounds, so they can decode words and read with fluency. Reading comprehension workbooks and centers will help build vocabulary, learn about the world, and understand complex concepts. Writing workbooks and stations will help students' ability to recall and remember information.
Each item will be used individually, in pairs, as a group, or with a teacher during our daily independent learning time.

We plan on using your generous donations respectfully and responsibly. We will use these resources daily until the end of the school year. As a primary grade, it is essential to strengthen students' foundational skills and individual skills while implementing grade level content. Thank you for considering funding our class.
