My Students

My students are amazing. I know you probably hear this a lot, but seriously, they are phenomenal and they love to learn. We are a gifted and talented public school that serves students in grades K-12 in New York City.

Our students have an incredible thirst for knowledge, they are creative, innovative, and full of life, but this is only part of what makes them so phenomenal.

They work incredibly hard to not only be amazing students but also incredible humans.

My Project

These materials will be a huge service to my students. The new pens and markers will allow them to create colorful works of art that they can share with their peers. The requested books are all titles that will help my students in learning more about the world around them.

In this day and age environmental education is paramount, every student should have the access and the ability to explore the world around them.

Each one of the books I have requested touches on specific topics from the thoughts of an octopus, our love affair with garbage, to the creation of environmentalism.
