This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
My students are a melting pot of happiness! My class consists of 14 of the most loving, most hard-working little people one can ever meet. Their attitude, especially during these trying times, and their desire to learn makes any teachers' job worthwhile.
These students have become a family, regardless of their distance, with each one willing to help the other.
Seeing their positivity makes me strive to become a better teacher each day.
My Project
These materials will provide my students with a better, safer, and cleaner classroom environment. In preparation for our physical, in-school return to learning, it is extremely important to do everything possible to improve the quality of the air my students and I are breathing. Aside from all guidelines, we will be following, the truth is that our school is an old building with a subpar air conditioning system.
I hope to make this transition a better, cleaner, and safer one for all the children that will be under my care and supervision.
