Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
The TPT gift card will allow me to purchase novel study guides that include accelerated vocabulary, comprehension questions, critical thinking and standards based activities that go above and beyond what the curriculum offers. This will help encourage, collaboration, and creativity, helping students become more engaged and motivated learners. By providing diverse experiences, enrichment activities also support differentiated learning, allowing every student to shine in their unique way. Some of the novels that we will be reading this year are, Island of the Blue Dolphins, Wonder, City of Ember, From the Mixed-Up Files of Mrs. Basil E. Frankweiler, etc.
