This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students live in a small city in Texas with a population of 5,507. Most of the students that attend my class have a low economic background. Despite the odds that my students encounter every day, they come to school willing to learn and demonstrate to the world that they can succeed. My students do not let any obstacles define their future. They know that their determination to succeed will let them accomplish everything they set their hearts to do.
As our students come back this coming school year I have selected a variety of bulletin board borders, decorative pillows, and inspirational posters that will bring a positive classroom environment for my students that in return will help improve attention, reduce anxiety, and support emotional and behavior regulations.
