My Students
More than half of my students come from low income households and face many challenges in and out of the classroom. Knowing this I provide my students with many meaningful learning experiences. Each learning experience gives them the necessary skills they can use throughout their life to face and overcome such challenges.
My Project
My project was created for my students to have a classroom library, games to play, and materials to help us organize.
The books and book sets will provide students with a variety of fiction and non-fiction text to build their reading interests and promote reading independently.
The games will provide a safe opportunity for students to socialize in small groups, learn strategy, build positive communication, and have fun!
All other materials in the project will help to keep the students and their materials organized, in order to be successful everyday.
