My Project
The pandemic has left a challenging gap to fill in education, specifically with reading. Students will benefit by having a strong sense of phonemic awareness which is the initial building block for students to master in order to successfully learn to read. Phonemic awareness instruction will give students the opportunity to learn how to play with words and build confidence along the way. Phonemic awareness
As an educator, I am eager to stay current on best practices for early literacy.
I am passionate about the role I play as a reading interventionist and closing the literacy gap.
This training will strengthen my practice as a literacy educator.
