it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
The role of water in our daily lives is so vital. I have discovered that sipping ice-cold water throughout the day can trigger hormonal responses that enhance mental clarity and reduce stress. I currently have students who take ADHD medication daily, and I believe that using drinking bottles will greatly benefit them. Drinking cold water will help my students during their daily activities by stimulating their brains to process information better. When their bodies maintain proper water and electrolyte levels, their brains perform more efficiently, improving behavior and reducing outbursts.
