My Students

My students are curious, creative STEAM learners! They have absolutely taken on this 2nd year resource class at our elementary school by showing their talents for science, technology, engineering, art, and math. Our STEAM program started from the ground up in September 2017 when the students walked through the door on the first day of school with excitement for what STEAM holds. We've been making steady progress in building our STEAM program for our K-5 students through generous donations.

My STEAM students are engaged through opportunities that allow for both critical thinking and imaginative thought.

They excel with design challenges and coding and in imagineering new concepts.

My Project

Botley the Coding Robot and Code & Go Mouse allow K-5 STEAM students the opportunity to explore robotics and coding in an effort to prepare them for future endeavors in the field of computer science, programming, and coding. Plus, they both add a level of fun to our learning!

Botley and Code & Go Mouse provide an easy way to introduce and then extend the love for robotics and coding at the elementary level.

These products will allow my students to collaborate and sharpen their critical-thinking and problem-solving skills. It is forever my intention to create a happy learning place that fosters 21st century learning skills!
