Help me give my students the opportunity to build their vocabulary skills with the vocabulary cards and the phonics card set and build their reading skills with the leveled library.
I love that my students let nothing hold them back. My students see a lot of hard times and they always find a way to push through it like champions. I love how excited they are about coming to my class and to see what they will learn. I want my students to be enthusiastic about all aspects of school in and out of the classroom. What makes my students special is that they are them and proud to be them.
My Project
Having the leveled library would be a great addition to my classroom. The leveled library would increase my students fluency levels as well as help them read on level or above their reading level and get my students ready for 1st grade. Having the positional words set would be great help during our phonics block. We have been learning about positional words and having this kit would be a huge help because they can physically see these objects and the cards and get a more hands on feel and understand of positional words. The phonics set and the write the letter activity set will be a great a center for my guided reading group. We are working on mastering our letters and how to write them as well as sounding out words. These phonic sets will be a great help to my students in their center groups and help them grow at the material that’s being taught. Having hands-on materials and fun materials makes learning more fun.
