My Project

Dear Donors,

As I embark on my second year of teaching third grade, I am excited to build upon the foundation I created last year.

I have witnessed firsthand how important a comfortable and engaging environment is for fostering a love of writing. This year, I am seeking support to provide essential materials that will enhance our writing time.

What We Need:

Interactive Notebooks for Every Student (30 total):

Each student will have their own interactive notebook to use for journaling, creative writing, and engaging in various writing activities. These notebooks will encourage self-expression and help develop their writing skills.

Composition Books for Every Student (30 total):

In addition to the interactive notebooks, I want each student to have a composition book to record their thoughts and ideas. This will support their writing journey in a different format.

6 Lap Desks:

To promote flexibility during writing time, I would like to add lap desks to our classroom. These desks will allow students to work comfortably in different positions—whether they prefer sitting on the floor, in reading nooks, or at their desks. This adaptability will cater to various learning styles and create a more relaxed writing environment.

Writing is a crucial skill that empowers students to communicate effectively and express their creativity. With interactive notebooks, composition books, and lap desks, I aim to create a dynamic classroom where students feel comfortable and inspired to write.
