This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

In our classroom, we currently utilize tables for student seating arrangements. While these tables serve their purpose, they present challenges for our students in terms of personal space and organization. Without designated areas to store their belongings, our students often find themselves encroaching on each other's space, leading to distractions and difficulties in focusing on their studies.

To address this issue and create a more conducive learning environment, I'm seeking your support for the acquisition of new desks for our classroom.

With individual desks, each student will have their own designated space to store their materials, helping to foster a sense of ownership and organization while minimizing distractions during class time.

By providing our students with dedicated desks, we aim to:

Cultivate a focused learning environment: With individual spaces for each student, we can minimize distractions and promote better focus during lessons.

Enhance organization and responsibility: Having designated areas for personal belongings encourages students to take ownership of their space and keep their materials organized.

Improve student interactions: By reducing overcrowding and promoting personal space, students can engage more comfortably during group activities and collaborative learning sessions.
