Enhanced Technology for a Super Sounding Interactive Classroom
Help me give my students a new Apple iPad and Home Pod so our classroom will have a clearer sound system and adequately support the activities we are engaging in and amplify my interactive lessons!
I teach eager and excited little learners in Kindergarten! They are ready to engage and explore all things and find excitement in everything we are learning. I love that my students never give up and work so hard.

My Project
Help me give my students higher quality technology and a sound system that will give them the best possible interactive learning experience. It has been a few years now and the equipment, along with the wiring in my classroom has failed miserably. I've had several technician's come in trying to make repairs and to no avail! It causes more issues than are worth the effort and time! Every day is a struggle to know what my students are going to "hear through the walls" when I want to begin our daily literacy, math and transitional lessons. I have to use my wireless microphone and place it next to my laptop speaker so that the sound "sort of" amplifies into the classroom. Students find it difficult to hear and frustrating as well! Concepts and skills are taking longer for students to grasp. Having these tools will help aide the gap.
Covid, has changed my teaching style dramatically and students have struggled to hear me behind a mask and plexi-glass!
Bringing these new resources into our class will impact the students quality of listening and learning. Having the I Pad mobility to move freely around the room and using these specialized tools while teaching, encourages the children to engage confidently and feel a little more comfortable answering questions.
Fidget toys will help children focus and give my students a quick break and it will be easier for them to pay attention afterward. Fidgeting is fun too!
