My Project
This carpet will help my students have a specific spot that is theirs when it is time to learn. The goal of this project is to help my students have some autonomy and power over their learning.
When students are learning, there are so many things that are given to them, to not only understand, but to also remember.
The one thing that students want is something that is theirs. With that being said, I realize that this carpet will help them do so. There will be many benefits to this that will further enhance their learning.
One benefit will be more focus on learning, and less on where they sit. When students feel like they have no power, they are more likely to show more behaviors or not fully focus. With this carpet, students will know that something is theirs, and will focus more, because of it. With phenomenal behaviors, students will strive in their learning and will enjoy school even more. With this being the case, I know that a new carpet will help my room and my class out tremendously towards their growing of future leaders of tomorrow!
