My Project
My students are highly motivated by sensory play. I've seen the power of experiential learning in my classroom as my students have built core memories with their classmates, where they have engaged with each other in multi-sensory learning. Materials like water beads will help students navigate new vocabulary, math, science and civics skills. Thera-putty will help students who have difficulty with pencil gripping. Sensory toys will add as reinforces for tasks done in class. Students will be encouraged to make healthy choices with plush fruit that they will see each day.
