This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
This 4th grade group is full of wonderful amazing students. The pandemic took a toll on many of us and my students are returning back to the norms of in person learning. Students are from a low-income community near Downtown Los Angeles. Students are mostly English Learners and many come from Central American backgrounds. These students do not have many resources and by helping my class, you can help these students receive much needed material. Please help our class receive English Language Arts Learning Games so they can have time to interact and learn strong English skills.
Thank you all for helping!
My Project
Half of my 4th grade students are EL Learners in a low income community near Downtown Los Angeles. Learning during a pandemic has set many of these students back and their reading and writing need a lot of work. I am implementing English Intervention during class time and would like to offer a center where students can play a Language Game with their group. These materials will really help with their social skills and their Language skills. These materials will help all of the students in my classroom who need intervention with English skills. These will aid students during Language rotation centers in the classroom. Thank you for your support!
