English Language Centers

Help me give my students English Language Development Centers to help with vocabulary and language development.

My Project

Hawaii is a melting pot of many cultures. Students that speak English as their second language are placed in the EL (English Learner) program. We currently have 36 EL students at our school.

By donating to this project, students who are in the EL (English Learner) Program will benefit from useful and engaging center activities to help them acquire English vocabulary and language skills.

The vocabulary center has full color cards that can be used independently, or integrated with the student's grade level curriculum. The activity center will help students acquire reading, speaking, and listening skills. Students will use the dry erase markers and folders to complete the center activities.
