My Students
My students are some of the most generous, hard-working, and determined people I have the pleasure to know. My students are invested in their learning, their critical thinking, their analysis, and their ability to write a deeply thought-out response.

My Project
In the words of Henry David Thoreau, "I took a walk in the woods and came out taller than the trees."
A Walk in the Woods is not only a great way for students to read amazing literature, but to also explore America and maybe even more importantly, nature.
Students will learn how to laugh again, discover unforgettable characters and glean a wealth of knowledge while being engaged in their education. This book is a journey in self discovery and who knows what knowledge will be gained. See you out there!
