Engineers, Work Together to Build a Better Future!
Help me give my students the supplies to integrate STEM into their daily activities with Ramps Ball Exploration Sets that will allow my students to explore engineering designs and concepts.
The students in my classroom have been identified as gifted learners. They have the brain capacity but are only four years old. COVID has not allowed them to play and explore together. The engineering kits and supplies that I hope to receive will allow these gifted students to work together. They will discover together how to build bridges, learn about momentum, chain reactions, and gears.
Before using the supplies we discuss how we talk to each other while building.
What kind of words do we use? Positive words that are encouraging are far more helpful than negative words. What should a partner do if he or she has an idea they would like to try? We are stronger together and these engineering supplies will allow us to practice our social and academic skills more effectively. These lessons could have quite a positive influence on our global future!
