KEVA planks will allow my students to learn the essential parts of the problem-solving process in a safe place. KEVA planks are for all strengths and abilities and they are a valuable tool for building lifelong skills.
These little blocks of wood allow students to create hands-on pieces to solve specific problems.
For example, students may be asked to build a marble raceway using the planks. We would then measure time to figure out whose track is the most efficient.
Students will use their creativity, critical thinking skills, and imagination to persevere through these challenging projects.
They will also prepare students for a future in STEM!
Who knows...we may even have the next architect, bridge builder or city planner of the future.
