Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

Our students are special in many ways. Our students try so hard every day to achieve their goals. They come to school excited to learn and thrive on a daily basis. The majority of our students come from low-income households and 97% of our students receive free breakfast and lunch. Many of our students do not have school supplies, computers at home, or an adult that is able to help them with homework.

My students are diverse learners and learn in different ways.

Many of my students need small groups with modified curriculum to learn. My students need hands-on activities to apply what is being taught to them.

My Project

These materials will make a difference to our students by allowing them to create innovative projects. The 3Doodler is perfect for students to learn science and technology through a fun fresh approach. The 3Doodler is a tactile learning toy that inspires creativity, design, planning, building and spatial understanding.

Our special needs students are kinesthetic learners and the 3Doodler will help them create and learn using a hands-on approach.

The 3Doodler will bridge the gap special needs students experience in science. Many students are pulled out during their science period and miss out from daily lessons. The 3Doodler is safe for all students to use and produce three-dimensional art that also includes science and technology.
