Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Students have many ways to express their skills, knowledge, and abilities; in some cases, academic abilities do not shine through the traditional subjects such as Math, Reading, or Writing, but they can flourish through other means.
I would like to provide my students with the opportunity to develop their engineering and building skills in the classroom.
This not only widens their perspectives on spatial awareness and mathematical thinking, but also helps build on their teamwork and fine motor skills.
Furthermore, magnetic tiles are easy to maneuver and use in endless creative ways.
