Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
My students are very exceptional, they love to talk and share experiences. They are like a big family with drama, support, happiness but filled with love. They are very curious, they love to learn and ask questions. Each student is unique, but all of them are an example of perseverance and hard work.
My students are my inspiration to be better and advocate for them; they make me fight for educational equity and opportunities for them.
They inspire me to never give up and to serve as an instrument to achieve their dreams.
My Project
The color printer for the classroom will help me provide students with vivid pictures so they can observe the wonders of nature. The printer will help create card sorts and a colorful word wall to maintain student engagement. The markers and boards will be used to check for understanding, to know if the students have understood the topics. Also, students will be able to illustrate biology concepts and review many concepts differently.
All these materials are destined to promote student engagement and activity learning.
These will help me to check for understanding and adjust instruction when needed. Students will be actively engaged while learning.
