Why are providing interactive materials so important to us?
Interactive materials create a pathway for students to be involved in their learning.
This active involvement is critical for their academic success. These materials:
1) increase student engagement
2) promote better knowledge retention
3) create a multi-sensory experience which activates multiple areas of the brain
We are always striving to put more interactive materials into the hands of our students because we know how much of a catalyst it is for their learning. Unfortunately, the cost of these materials quickly add up due to the large amount we need to make.
Your donation would provide each classroom with velcro, cardstock, and lamination sheets (the backbone of these materials). Thank you for supporting us in making our students learning more engaging and interactive!
