My Students

I teach 7th and 8th grade science in Brighton Beach, Brooklyn, New York! My students are a mixture of English Language Learners (ELLs) and Special Education students who are in the process of being prepared for high school. Most of my students live in poverty and I do everything I can to meet their needs daily as a teacher. They have so much fun learning the skills they need to be successful in their future. They have dreams of being future professionals and contributing to the professional world. I love to make their learning fun, creative, and an enjoyable experience. When I increase my knowledge with the use of current technology, it reflects in my lessons, instruction, and the achievements of my students.

My Project

In today's educational world things are constantly changing and as teachers, we are doing our very best to make online learning the best that we possibly can. This type of engagement is new and I want to be able to give my students the best possible resources and activities while learning at home. I know that Teachers Pay Teachers is a great resource in order to find new and exciting things to incorporate in the classroom!

Help me give my students engaging resources for online learning.

By having the funds to buy resources when needed, it will help my students learn and develop a deeper understanding of the topics being taught. My goal is to make our online classroom as engaging as being in school. With this resource, I will be able to provide engaging lessons and activities to all of my middle school online learners!
