My Project
Every year, our state selects 15 titles for the Sunshine State Young Readers Award (SSYRA) books. In our county, students in grades 3- 5 have the opportunity to participate in a "Battle of the Books" competition, in which students match SSYRA book titles to quotes from the text.
Help me get these new novels into the hands of my eager students to help them achieve the goal of reading all of the 2024-2025 titles!
I am requesting two copies of each of the 2024-2025 SSYRA titles. During the summer, I will read each book and at the beginning of the school year, I will introduce the titles to the students and staff through a "book tasting". These books will be read by my students throughout the entire school year.
