My Project

My students are energetic, curious, and full of potential. They thrive in learning environments where they can move, create, and collaborate freely. Our classroom is a hub of discussion and collaboration, but we’re limited by traditional desks that restrict movement and spontaneity.

Traditional classroom furniture doesn’t meet the needs of today’s active learners.

Some of my students struggle to sit still for long periods, and others are visual or kinesthetic learners who benefit from writing their ideas in real time. This flexible setup promotes focus, collaboration, and creativity—helping all students succeed, especially those with ADHD or other learning differences.

With your help, I’d like to add a Write-and-Wipe group table and a set of wobble chairs to our learning space. The writeable surface encourages brainstorming, problem-solving, and quick feedback in a dynamic, low-pressure way. The wobble chairs provide flexible seating that allows students to move in a safe and controlled way, helping them stay focused while supporting their need for motion.

Together, this table and seating set will turn a simple classroom corner into a collaborative learning station where students can sketch out math strategies, use their problem-solving skills, or engage in small group discussions—all while moving comfortably and thinking freely.
