My Project

I recently moved to a new school and needed to leave behind several games I have acquired over 4+ years of teaching! I was sad to lose games that I knew my students loved and helped keep them engaged in active learning. I am hoping to replace a few games for my new students!

Each day students have the opportunity during guided reading time to play games that are specific to their learning needs.

This means that some students are working on identifying letters and letter sounds, some students are building CVC words, while others are creating and writing sentences. The variety of games that I have picked out for my class range from high achieving students, to students who need extra support that I am unable to give, due to small group work. These games can provide that support or expansion!

I can't wait to share these resources with my students, who I know will love exploring new and exciting materials!
