Help me give my students a professional Engineering Notebook for each Robotics team, and a set of tin snips to customize their robots.
FULLY FUNDED! Mrs. Motley's classroom raised $191

My Students
My school provides a rigorous and safe learning environment for students in kindergarten through 6th grade. Three-quarters of my school's population receives free or reduced-price lunches.
We are located in rural Arkansas where the majority of my students have limited access to new technology.
My students are creative, smart, and love to solve problems. I am the school's Gifted and Talented Coordinator and K-6 STEAM teacher. I love providing opportunities for my students to shine through new experiences. My goal is to create an environment that fosters their creativity and boost their confidence.
My Project
My students are learning to document the Engineering Design Process in their (brand-new) robotics class. They are learning the importance of brainstorming, documenting, and solving problems with their custom robots.
The Engineering Notebooks will allow students to have a professional notebook to submit to judges at their VEX Robotics tournaments.
The tin snips will allow them to customize their metal pieces from VEX in order to create a robot all their own to take to these competitions as well. Without the tin snips and Engineering notebook, students will not be able to compete.
More than three‑quarters of students from low‑income households
