Engaging Conference for Teachers

I need to continue my efforts to becoming an amazing educator. I wish to go to Get Your Teach On Conference which is run by top educators in our country.

My Students

I work at a small STEM Magnet school in the mountains. We are very lucky to have a beautiful forest-covered mountain environment to utilize and explore our STEM activities. I have an amazing class of 20 first graders. My students love when we use exciting and engaging activities to learn new content.

I read about and research ways to create engaging and innovative lessons for my students.

When students connect with and are attentive to the lessons, they understand and retain more of the information. My desire is always to support and empower my students to learn all they are able in every lesson. My students deserve the best and I work hard to deliver that to them.

My Project

At Get Your Teach On, educators learn how to connect standards into content in unique ways. Best selling authors and nationally known educators Hope and Wade King organize the conference. TpT author and best seller, Deanna Jump also organizes the event.

I wish to go to the conference to continue to learn from the best educators in our country.

To be a better educator, one must learn from the best. I want to incorporate their ideas into my own classroom to continue to make learning engaging, rigorous, fun, and joyful in my class for my students. Joy in education is being lost and I want to bring it back in any way I am able.
