This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I have a group of strong readers in my class of first grade students. I would like to build my chapter book library so that these wonderful readers remain engaged.

We will use these books to learn about story elements and work to build our comprehension skills.

Recently, after years of use, our voice amplifier stopped working. The use of a microphone and speaker allows all students to better hear the teacher's voice during lessons.

All of these items will enhance the learning of my first grade students. Thank you for your consideration.
