My students love to read, especially when they are given the opportunity to choose their own book. An updated classroom library will give my students the opportunity to be able to cozy up with a good book that they are able to read and enjoy. My students have already read a large proportion of the books in our classroom library, and even the best book gets a little old after a while. The kids will be thrilled to have new, engaging, fun, exciting books filling our shelves!
I want my students to enjoy reading and become lifelong readers.
This project will change my students' lives for the better because they will be able to discover that reading does not have to be forced. This library will expose them to different genres and authors. My goal is for them is to find a book or an author they like and begin a life-long love of reading. Your generous donations to my project will improve our classroom library and help my students become stronger and more confident readers!
