My students have a strong desire to learn and grow to become good citizens of the world.

My Project

These texts will allow our class to dig into a common text and have discussion and group work to build deeper understanding. We will be able to read these books at home or school depending on virtual learning schedules.

These books are relevant and touch on topics that my students will be able to discuss and relate to.

The books also serve a purpose in connecting our social studies with our language arts block. I anticipate rich discussion through the use of these texts as students make connections to characters and events that take place in the reading.
