Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Throughout this school year, my 5th grade students at MPA have shown incredible dedication, curiosity, and enthusiasm during our math and science lessons. From hands-on experiments to problem-solving challenges, they’ve proven that learning can be both exciting and meaningful.

As the school year ends, I want to reward their hard work with a special celebration that brings together fun, science, and a sense of accomplishment.

I’m planning a playful, end-of-year activity filled with snacks, prizes, games, and even a slime-making station to reinforce science concepts in a fun and memorable way.

At this point in the year, while academic results are important, it’s also essential to celebrate growth and keep students motivated for what’s ahead. This celebration will be a joyful way to reflect on all they’ve achieved and to inspire them for the next school year.

With your support, I can provide the materials needed for this event—slime kits, small prizes, snacks, and games. Every donation, no matter the size, helps create a meaningful and unforgettable end-of-year experience for my students.
