This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I love my students for their incredible resilience and strength. Many of them face challenges outside of school, yet they show up every day ready to learn, grow, and support each other. These resources will allow me to celebrate their hard work and perseverance in a meaningful way. The light snacks will create a moment of joy and community as we wrap up the school year. The fidget toys and sensory tools will continue to support their emotional regulation and help reduce stress—skills they’ve worked so hard to develop. These small gestures go a long way in helping them feel valued, calm, and ready to thrive.
