Help me give my students a giant Tic Tac Toe, a giant block tower, giant Connect Four, and other fun outdoor games to celebrate their end-of-the-year successes and hard work in a joyful, memorable way.
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
What I love most about my fourth graders is their joy, and eagerness to learn even when things get tough. Many of my students are bilingual learners who bring unique experiences and perspectives to our classroom. They work hard every day, support one another, and celebrate each other’s successes. Many of them started the year shy, unsure, or new to our school, and now they shine with confidence and kindness.
I would love to give them a celebration that reflects just how proud I am of everything they've accomplished.
These giant games like Tic Tac Toe, Connect Four, block tower will help students build teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills in an active, engaging way. After a year of incredible growth, these outdoor games will give my students the chance to celebrate, connect, and continue learning through play.
