Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I absolutely love my students’ resilience, energy, and willingness to grow. They show up each day ready to try, even when learning feels challenging, and they truly support one another like a family. Watching their confidence build is the most rewarding part of teaching.

The paper and folders will help them stay organized and create meaningful review resources as we prepare for our state assessment.

The pens will allow them to fully engage in daily practice, annotate texts, and show their thinking. The posters will help us track progress and celebrate growth, motivating them to keep pushing forward. A rolling desk will allow me to move easily around the classroom to provide small-group support and one-on-one assistance, ensuring every student gets the help they need to succeed.
