This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Most of the 6th graders in my class do not have personal devices at home. Raffling off an iPad would not only help motivate them throughout the school year, but it would send them off to middle school with the technology they will need to be successful! Being proficient in applications like Google Doc and Google Drive will have a significant impact on how effectively they are able to complete their classwork once they get to middle school.
They earn raffle tickets for citizenship, sportsmanship, hard-work, and personal growth in areas like conflict resolution, perseverance, and self-control.
