My Project

At the end of every school year we love to celebrate with an End of the Year party. At the party we have a field day and then we come into the classroom for our party.

I love to see the children's faces when they come in and the classroom is all decorated!

We do a Hawaiian theme each year and have leis for the kids and adults. We also have a beach bucket filled with a keepsake picture, beach ball, bubbles, a book about kindergarten, and other goodies.

I teach in a Title I school, and I take every opportunity that I can to help make meaningful memories for my students. We get so excited at the end of every year but also sad because we have to say good-bye to another group of kiddos. This is a wonderful way to make sure they remember us and all of our good times. I have students in their 20's that still have the framed pictures in their rooms. Thank you for helping me fulfill this very meaningful project!
