My Project
My students are wonderful, inquisitive, and very bright. They absolutely love hands-on activities, creative writing, reading, and being able to use their own ideas in everything that they do! When they arrive at my classroom, they come with stories about new things that they have discovered and will almost always ask if they can build and create with their free choice bins.
In Kindergarten, not only do kids learn to become independent learners, but they learn social skills like problem-solving and sharing.
They work so hard throughout the year that they deserve to have some fun. That is why we do Backwards ABC Bootcamp using superhero capes, puzzles, sidewalk chalk, and treats. Every day we have a theme that gives the kids something to look forward to when counting down to the end of the year before they become first graders.
I am lucky to have such a great class and I wish I could do so much more for them. But with your help, we can end the year with a bang!
The materials requested will help give the kiddos a fun way to end their first (crazy) year in Kindergarten. These activities will be paired with Fun writing and math crafts as well. Each day of the week they will have an amazing story to share with their parents and a cool keepsake gift.
