This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I currently coach both teams at the same time which is 7 & 8th Girls Basketball. At this moment our district is in a financial crisis and right now it's a scary thing, but I try to bring joy to my team every single day. The items that I am requesting are for my 7th & 8th Basketball Girls. I would love to throw them an end-of-season party because they truly deserve it. They work hard every single day and face a lot every single day.
Most of these student-athletes only look forward to practice, and a lot of them are always battling personal things.
I am asking for your help because I want to bring joy to their end of season and the end of the school year is getting closer. With your help, we can bring joy.
