My Project

As a library media specialist, and a first year teacher, I am learning student names and interests. I was quite surprised to learn how many students were fascinated by The Titanic! Nearly every day I have a student ask me "Where's the Titanic section?" I don't have nearly enough books to quench their thirst for knowledge about the ill-fated "unsinkable" ship. Students are interested in both fiction and non-fiction resources. With Titanic Remembrance Day in April, I'd love to surprise them with an amazing new display of Titanic materials along with a model ship!
